  • We are always excited to have full creative control in a home. By allowing us to take on the entire design process from materials and finishes, to lighting, to furniture and decor, we can really create a cohesive home that functions for you and your family.

  • Full renovations and new build construction will typically take 18 months - 3 years. Decorating projects can usually be wrapped up in 10-18 months. Custom home design is not a quick process so it is always better to get started sooner than you might think.

  • We are based in Colorado but happy to take on the right project anywhere in the world. Just reach out and we can discuss the logistics. We have be able to work on projects in New York, Florida, Washington DC, California, Vail and Aspen, and are always excited by the opportunity to work in a new city. ption

  • We have dedicated project managers on our team to help with every step of the project as well as design assistants. Our project managers see projects from beginning to end and have years of experience in the field. We also have a warehouse team that will unpack, inspect and store all of the items purchased on your behalf, until we are ready for installation.

  • The answer to this depends on a few things; Is your architect planning on being involved until the end of construction? Is it in their scope of work to pick all of finishes, materials, lighting, door hardware, cabinet hardware and paint? Is your architect the main point of contact for your builder? If not, we highly recommend hiring a designer. We take things further into completion by giving our clients a few options rather than trying to figure out all the decisions by yourself. When you work with us we will provide our experienced opinion on what would be best for you and your family in your home.

  • We are lucky enough to be able to work on several projects at once. Sometimes we can start right away but other times we might need some time to wrap up other projects before we can start yours. Please reach out and we will happily discuss timing.

  • Absolutely! We love decorating projects. It’s so fun to work within clients existing spaces to give them a new life and refresh spaces. It is truly magic what rugs, furniture, window treatments and art can do to a space. 

  • Yes. If you are not the right fit for full service design, we offer a 1 or 2 hour meetings, where Emily can come meet you in your space, or via zoom, and answer any questions you have, direct you to sources that might be relevant, even select paint colors. Please email us to schedule.
